The quickest way to get help is the DayZ Friend support Discord. Open a ticket there with your server name and a short description of the problem, and include screenshots if something looks wrong.

Billing and subscriptions
For questions about a payment, an invoice, a refund or changing plan, email us from the address linked to your Discord account so we can find your subscription quickly.
Privacy and data requests
To ask what data we hold about you, or to request that it is corrected or deleted, email us. The privacy policy explains what we collect and how long we keep it.
Wiki and database corrections
If a guide, item page or loot location is wrong, tell us which page it is and what you expected to see. Corrections are checked against the DayZ files before the page is updated.
